A note from WHS Principal

Spring is a time of renewal, energy, and growth—an ideal moment for our students to refocus and finish the school year strong.

One of the most essential ingredients to success is consistent attendance. Being present in class every day keeps students engaged, connected, and on track with their learning. Even small absences can create gaps that make it harder to stay caught up, so your commitment to showing up truly makes a difference.

Spring can also bring distractions, but it’s a great opportunity to rebuild motivation and take pride in completing assignments with care. Every piece of work turned in, every question asked, and every effort made contributes to long-term learning and confidence.

Let’s make this season one where our students feel supported, inspired, and ready to finish the year with determination. Thank you for your partnership and for all you do to help our students thrive.

Warm regards,

Lauren Tobias

Principal, Wiesbaden High School

ALL Parents MUST RE-Register EACH student Individually:

It's time for School Year 2026-2027 Re-registration!

All parents must re-register each student individually by logging into the DoDEA Student Information System (DSIS) Family Portal at https://dodeasis.myfollett.com/aspen/logon.do

Re-registration allows families to quickly update information (contacts, Sponsor's employment status, student health) and indicate whether their student will be returning or withdrawing next school year.

Please complete re-registration no later than 5 June 2026.

If you are MOVING

Login to your family account: Aspen: Log On (myfollett.com)

Go to the “Re-Registration” section on the left.

Click “Initiate” and select your student.

On the re-registration page, select Option 1: “This student will be moving…”

Go to Submit tab, and click “submit.”

Fill out the attached Withdrawal form and send it back to me via email or you can bring it into the Registrar’s office. This ensures your child’s high school credits are all accounted for and records are prepared for their next school.

If you are STAYING

Login to your family account: Aspen: Log On (myfollett.com)

Go to the “Re-Registration” section on the left.

Click “Initiate” and select your student.

On the first page, select Option 2: “This student will be staying…”

Review each tab and update the information as needed.

If applicable, update your address from “CMR” to “PSC.”

On the Documents tab, please upload updated orders or extensions.

Review and update all contact information for every contact. You will also be able to indicate whether an emergency contact should be added or removed.

Go to the Submit Tab and click “submit” to complete the process.

Note: If the student is enrolled on a space available basis, the school will contact you for additional requirements. Re-registration is not confirmation that space is available for the next school year.

Thank you for your help with the re-registration process. Please let me know if you have any questions.
